Additional education for adults is planned to develop in the Zelva region

Investing in self – development is a win-win investment. Attendance at courses, seminars and workshops – fashion trend followers which can become solvency. Additional education for adults want to develop in the region. The participants of the seminar «Additional adult education as a tool for the development of zelvensky district» discussed options for the implementation of the plan.

Education all categories of citizens is one of the priorities of sustainable development of Salvemini. In accordance with the Passport of territorial-oriented development of the district, approved in 2018, there are five such directions. They are associated with the improvement of the tourist infrastructure of the district, improving the quality of medical services, supporting business initiatives. And a lot has been done in these areas. As a confirmation of the opening of the pool at the local hospital, improving the infrastructure of the village Synkovichi and more. But the priority associated with the development of the system of additional education, according to the Secretary of the local initiative group on territorial-oriented development (TOR) Elena Kaziro, remained in the shadows.

To correct the situation, the invited experts (representatives of the Support Program for Belarus of German Federal government), the guests from Minsk, Grodno and Shchuchin spent salvezani «brainstorming». Within five hours, the participants of the seminar developed the most optimal plan for the development of the system of additional education for adults.

The first step is to analyze the current situation in the area. As noted by Elena Kaziro, additional knowledge and skills can be acquired on the basis of individual institutions of education, culture, social centers.

Is the sports section, working with FOSS mugs on the basis of the Department of day care for the elderly, – said Elena.

However, the main users of the services remain children and the elderly. To attract a different category of citizens, according to Shchuchin expert Tatiana Gorohovoy, to help analyze needs of selvena. After all, we should not exclude the option of their lack of desire to receive additional education.

Tatiana has already conducted a similar survey in the framework of the project «Vucica, cab zantac». Most of the respondents were ready to raise the level of professional competence. They talked about the need to study computer, legal, financial literacy, foreign languages. However, few (30% of respondents) were willing to pay for additional education. Wouldn’t the financial issue is a stumbling block for Salvemini?

The opinion Of the head of the DVV international Representative office in Belarus Galina Veremeichik is just right. For more than 25 years she has been studying the experience of German colleagues working in the field of additional education. In Germany, such initiatives receive financial support from the local budget. In Belarus, this trend is still in the future.

Another important aspect that was touched upon at the seminar is the coordination of the process of providing educational services. In fact, there is a practice of additional education in Zelvenshchina today, but for more effective work in this direction, the Chairman of the local initiative group on TOP Valentin Semenyako, the chief specialist of the district Executive Committee Natalia Gospodarik and the Secretary of the local initiative group Elena Kaziro suggest making the recently registered non-profit institution «Zeleva» a coordinating center of the system of additional education.

– Centralization of activities-the ability to solve many problems together. For example, such as the training of teachers for courses and seminars, the development of educational programs, advertising services offered, – explained the members of the MIG.

The invited experts considered this idea promising. And in General they are pleased with the interest of selvena in the development of the district.

– In comparison with other regions of the Grodno region Silvershine for a short period of time managed to achieve considerable: the Passport area-based development area, implemented more than one project and you continue to seek resources for the development of the «Motherland» – said the representative of the Support Program for Belarus of German Federal government in the Hrodna region, Franz Mammyl.
