Zelva awarded the Ministry of Culture as the best urban-type village (+video)

Zelva delegates were noted at the ceremony of awarding the winners of republican competitions for the best practices of local authorities in the implementation of state cultural policy. The chairman of the Zelva District Executive Committee Denis Olshevsky was awarded a diploma for victory in the nomination “The best urban-type settlement”.
